I called several times over 2 weeks to get my vehicle serviced. I left 2 or 3 messages with my contact info. Nobody ever called me back. When I finally got through to someone they said that the voice mail goes to somewhere and they can't check it. And there weren't any appointments for over a week and no appointments that I could even make it to due to my work schedule. My only option was to drop it off early in my day off and wait for them to call me. Luckily I had a few errands to run near there as I live aBut 30 min away. But I also couldn't make too many plans on my day off be abuse I didn't know when my car would be done. The service was good but the process to get the service needs much more improvement.
