Brenda Serrano was very helpful with explaining what I needed for my telluride. And was very fast on getting me in and out of service station. I would definitely go back and get an oil change there.

There is also a problem with something electrical. Ww were told before that if we left the car we would be provided a rental. Today my wife was ready to leave the car and was told no rental. Also waited for over hour and a half for the oil change.

Have a question on the service I received. Were my tires rotated ? the reason I ask is that I had a **** in my drivers side rear tire and noticed yesterday that the same tire in the same position has a **** in it. If it was missed, I have an appointment next Wednesday and the rotation can be done then.
