After battling an ongoing creaking noise, I think it’s been resolved - only time will tell but I can say without a doubt, this was an exceptional service experience! Chris kept me posted on repairs and better yet, saved me over $300! I was expecting to replace my front brakes but he had them remeasured for wear and determined they weren’t needed yet - yessssssss! Then after replacing the part needed to resolve the creaking, Service Manager Matt Wright, test drove my vehicle himself and decided more extensive replacement was needed to resolve and made it happen and I’m very grateful. Well done West Hills KIA team, especially Matt, Chris and Wayne R., repair master! Thank you so much!!

Chris Mossman and his team were extremely helpful and professional in handling our abnormal malfunction, they worked diligently for 11 days to get to the root of the problem and resolved it. Chris was very good at keeping me updated on any progress throughout the 11 days.

I'm completely disappointed. I will not satisfied until this is resolved. I came into Kia of Bedford dealerships service department on Tuesday September 10 2019 4pm for an oil change appointment car wasn't serviced, it was left out back unlocked with my personal belongings inside, I sat in the waiting area until after 7 pm and never was notified by anyone in the service department that my vehicle wasn't being serviced. The service department had closed and no one even had ask me any questions on why I was sitting there for 3 hours. My son missed his football game and I had missed another appointment later that day I'm totally pissed and disappointed with the service department.
