Brenda had great customer service. My car was done in a timely manner, and Brenda notified me right away. She has helped me before and has always been pleasant.

Everything was ok up until I was told and my service report showed I needed new front and rear brake pads ASAP. The issue is that I replaced my front brakes in April with you all so I am concerned about 1) the service provided in April adequacy 2) the thoroughness of my inspection today..
I left Kia Mall of Georgia because they were not performing the work I requested and paid for.
To have what appears to be a similar event happen at Ed Voyles would be unfortunate. I am schedule for Thursday to see what is going on with my front brakes. This must be discussed and cleared before I pay for service on the back pads.
