I came in about 2 weeks ago for an oil change and regular service and however did my oil didn't tighten my oil cap so my car was leaking oil and smoking on and off. So he had it looked at and had it taken care off and offered my next oil change free for the inconvenience which was very nice. That is great customer service.

Dropped my car off with you on 1/30/2020. I was told at that time that it would not be looked at until Tuesday 2/04/2020. I received a text on the 30th, 31st, 1st, 2nd, and on the 3rd, all letting me know that my car was in good hands and if I had any questions to call Andy Patterson.
On the 4th, the day it was supposed to be looked at, I didn’t hear anything. I called and left a message on the 5th, and received a call telling me the problem was my rack and pinion, and that I need a catalytic converter. I told him to go ahead with the rack and pinion. I was told it may be ready Thursday or Friday. I didn’t hear anything Thursday. I called Friday and left a message. No return call. I called Monday and received a call back on Tuesday saying that the rack and pinion was done, all tightened up, but I needed new sway bars since the ends of the ones on there were bent and it hadn’t been seen in the beginning. I told him to go ahead and replace them. I was told it should be ready Thursday.
I called twice Thursday to find out what was going on with my car. Never got an answer although I left messages. On Friday I called again. Left a voicemail for Mr. Patterson. Did not receive a call back. I called again and just asked for the service department. A female answered and gave me the info on a different car. Once we got it straight which car was mine, she informed me that it was almost done, possibly another hour and the rack and pinion would be done.
I called this morning, 2/15/2020 to see if my car was ready. I was told it was. Got there 2 hours later and there was some sort of paperwork mix up. Then had to wait about 15-20 minutes after going to pay for my car to be brought around.
In summary, the communication with me was terrible. Mr. Patterson seemed to be unaware of my calls and said the system was malfunctioning. My car was there, with you, for 17 days to have the rack and pinion replaced, and the sway bars replaced. The bill came to over $1800. I may be wrong, but that seems to be an inordinately long period of time to have my vehicle. Especially at those prices.
I am definitely not a satisfied customer, which is a shame, because I was sincerely impressed a couple months ago with the service and promptness I experienced with the same car. That experience is why I brought it back to you.

In October I purchased a cabin air filter with my oil change, first one since buying the car new. I mentioned this to the service tech, who then verified it in the system, and he said he would make a note of it. When I picked the car up next day, the cabin filter had been replaced and I was billed for it. The same thing occurred at WH Dodge when my truck was in for the same service. Not very pleased when I, the customer, is not listened to.
