Ron Thompson always takes good care of both our Kia Souls! And the waiting room is pleasant with complimentary snacks and water. Also, Ron helped me with diagnosis when traveling out of town and wheel cover on my new 2020 Soul came loose , which made for quite a scary bumpy racket traveling up I-85 to Greenville, SC. His assurance that it could be easily fixed with tightening of rivets, was important. And Kia dealer in Greenville fixed for us. Also Zack in new car sales, who got me the green Soul I wanted is most attentive at Ed Voyles. He has helped this low tech grandmother learn new stuff on car.
