There was false and misleading material facts provided by the service people approved by the manager, Stuart Meyer. These lies would prevent proper liability of Kia. These deceptive practices will expose Kia to liabilities. William Enriquez was completely dismissive of actual concerns brought about by the actions of Kia's employees. Again his actions expose Kia to further liabilities.
Since Jason left, the standard of care is non-existent. At this time I have no intentions to return to this service department.

Yes, but kinda??.. the noise wasn’t diagnosed so I’m just gonna have to wait to see if it get worse.. but the guys did what they could to this point. I’ll be listening for any changes cause if it gets worse, it will have to be fixed!!
