The service team was rude to me. Over about three conversations in person and over the phone I felt like I was being accused of disabling my own vehicle. When it was found to be a part malfunction on the first day I was told a rental would be available the next day, I was grateful as I am a hospice nurse and use my vehicle to visit patients. The next morning when I called I was placed on a 22minute hold so I hung up and called back, when they answered and I inquired about the rental I was told the paperwork had not been submitted to the warranty company yet. I advised I really needed a rental for work as I had already missed one day of work. I was then passed to a manager who after I explained my need for the rental and my irritation that no resolution has been found yet, rudely asked me if I thought he should pay for it out of his own pocket. I was so upset by his tone of voice and hostility I handed the phone to my husband. They were able to come to an agreement and we were able to go and pick a rental up. I was not able to pick up my car until Friday. When I went to pick up my car somebody had already filled out and highlighted a survey paper and handed it to me. Kia is usually so friendly and professional this was not a good experience.

I've always had a pleasant experience when visiting Kia of Bedford. I look forward to seeing Eric as he always greets me with a warm smile, Even though I couldn't see his entire face due to the Covid-19, his eyes held the warm greeting I always experience when coming in to the service center to have my vehicle serviced. Eric is very friendly and patient, always ready to answer any questions i have. This is what makes a business thrive as your initial encounter creates a lasting impression. Thumbs up????!

Jim is a great guy and very knowledgeable on The in's and outs of my particular vehicle. He was aware of computer updates and serviced me with a smile even though his computer was giving him fits, lol.
