William took very good care me and my car . His friendly and upbeat personality was great ! He updated me everyday through text on the progress of car . He made sure to give rides through Lyft the day I dropped off car. He always did all paperwork and covered a rental car while my car was in shop . My experience was great with Kia . He was made sure everything was taken care of and done to perfection! Great customer service. Will definitely return because of William!
