This is the 3rd time I have had service done to my car and have been a bit unsatisfied. Last time they did not put air in my tires and this time they did not out air in my tires and they forgot to out the sticker that says when I come back for my next service. Plus when i was leaving I asked the old man if they did a car wash and he said not the best but yes they did. RUDE. I also asked if they put air in my tires and they old man said yes. NOPE they didn't. I enjoyed the first time I had service it was perfect and that one was free. The other two I paid for and I wasnt completely satisfied

My CS Rep was great, no issues there. I had them check my Check Engine Light and was told they did and that my oil was extremely low. I told them I had it checked before and they couldn't find anything. I was there for a recall service, ended up with an oil change too. On my way home, my Check Engine Light came on again, 10 minutes after I left. I called the Service Dept and was told I had to wait for an appointment. I will be back on Wed.

I was greeted with a welcoming smile and prompt service while dropping off my vehicle and picking the vehicle up.
Post service, my vehicle performed wonderfully in the short distance that it was driven, which was approximately 10 miles. My Optima had power again and was nice and shiny after the commentary car wash,
