Eric I really believe customers should be required to wear masks. Eric and the other service rep did. There was not one person in the waiting room with a mask. It is not that large a space. I chose to sit on a rock outdoors for 1 1/2 hours. The cashier did not wear a mask. The receptionist wore a mask but it did not cover her nose. Last I looked aerosoled air comes out the nose. Come on. This is no joke.

Cover steering wheel or seats with plastic Wrap or paper to give image that you guys took care during covid times. Maybr have ppl wear gloves or masks too. Everyone just walking around with no masks.
It APPEARED unsafe. But as we all know it dont matter.
Just a marketing gimmick.

As soon as I drove of the lot I had the same problem that bought me in at first . For the money. I saved up to by my Kia and patiently building my credit score so I purchase a good car I am really disappointed after having my Kia for only one year to need over $5000 worth of work to be done and not only that to purchase a extended warranty for 4000 and I am not able to use it for pretty much nothing I would really like my car fixed properly or I my take other measures
