The experience was suppose to only take 3 hours but instead, we had to wait over 24 hours to pick up our vehicle due to them finishing the vehicle after the pick up time.

Stacey was great to work with I had no problems with her my only issue was that I came in to get a tire replaced on my new Telluride And your service department scratched my rim all over with the machine to remove the tire Stacy pointed this out to me but I was very dissatisfied that you guys wanted to only fix it by having my rim refinished instead of Purchasing a new rim for me because the car is brand new I felt like they were trying to put a Band-Aid on the problem that I could possibly have issues with down the line. One of the guys in the service department I’m not sure if he was the manager or not told me if I understood that the rim cost $700 when I insisted on having it replaced instead of resurfaced. I personally didn’t care how much the room cost It’s a brand new car and I didn’t want something to go wrong later so after going back-and-forth they agreed to purchase a new rim for me but now I have to come back to have it put on. I’m going on vacation and this is a major inconvenience for me. I’m hoping when I take my car back that this is done quickly and I’m not waiting there for hours

Last night in my time of distress broken down on the side of the road, Suzette gave excellent excellent customer service. Today your service team took wonderful care of my baby, my 2015 Kia Optima, and she’s home again. Your team is outstanding. If I have one comment to make, I hope you improve the hybrids so that if the battery goes you have some pre-warning to get it taken care of so you don’t just break down on the side of the road in the middle of the woods like I did.

Mr. Mazzocco was an amazing representative! He was upbeat, friendly and personable! He was great to talk to and relatable! Great customer service! He answered any question I had with ease and was happy to explain anything! He walked me out to my car and realized it wasn’t washed! He said hop in I’ll take it they the wash! He drove it through the wash and we had a conversation about work. Great gentleman and great service!

Howie was attentive helpful and was willing to go over my questions no matter how many times I asked. When the repairs took a turn that was not expected he was willing to work with me on how I could best do that within my budget. I also not for nothing saw how he handled an irate customer who was in front of me. And he showed her the same level of respect that he showed me despite the appalling manner in which she treated him. He is an excellent employee and one of the reasons I felt comfortable returning the next day
