Came in for 15000 mile service 3 weeks ago and asked service writer if the tech could look at my sunroof and was told I needed to schedule a tech appointment I scheduled the TECH appointment for this morning at 830. I showed up at 815 and was told I would have to leave the car for 5-8 days. Yes not hours but 5-8 days When we asked why so long we were told the usual COVID related tech issues. This info would have been nice to know by telephone versus driving from Barstow. A phone call
