Was there for 8 am appointment and no parts were ordered. I called 3 times last week to make sure everything was ready to go...NO call back. Stacy helped me this morning and talked to Brenda by phone.she checked for parts but no parts there. Said she would check on ordering parts but Was busy with other customers then I asked about if she ordered parts and apparently not. Then she asked Me to leave car but said no thank you and rescheduled for next Saturday. I hope everything will be there Saturday morning to get the job done.

For some reason my Kia Sportage is ridding hard. A loud sound comes everytime I hit the gas. When I eccelerate something is not right. I didnot have that problem when I came in.
