George was great! He was kind, polite and informative. He also gave me a car freshener in place of the car wash voucher since I told him I don't use the drive through washes. My only complaint is the wait time. 4 hours for routine maintenance service under 10,000 miles is not acceptable. I had an appointment and even arrived 15 minutes prior. Offering ride share is nice but useless if we don’t have a car to run our errands while waiting.

I went this time because my Headlight on the passenger side was out and my Upper third Break light too. You were going to charge me $500 to fix. But I was able to buy the bulbs for $31.95 total and it took less than five minutes to put in. So I feel Cheated by Kia! A five min job for $500 ?!

The length of time it took to service and repair my Sorento was unexceptable! Took it in on June 23rd and did not recieve it back until July 3rd, and my understanding was that it wasn't even diagnosed til June 27th, which caused me to have to rent a car for 10 days!!! The work performed was excellent, the ammount of time is what I have a problem with! Sorry I couldn't give a better review, but that;s the truth of the matter!!
