It took 3 calls to get a shuttle pick up and about 2 hours. I work about a 5 minute drive from dealership. Very disappointing. Cost about $200 , no mention of tire rotation on invoice.

After making an appointment:
My car wasnt looked at for almost a week.
No returned calls after someone telling me "someone will call you back".
My car was there for almost 2 weeks and the problem wasn't fixed. I literally had to get a ride to the dealership , just to get an update on the status of my vehicle. Very poor customer service. Overall. Along with my car not being fixed.
