Valerie was great and provided the best customer service. She was very thorough and communicated the details very effectively. She is an asset to your team. My displeasure with the service is the lack of honesty and lack of true dedication to its customers. Instead of being transparent and looking out for the best interests of your customers, your service team is deceitful. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was given a laundry list of maintenance items. Regretfully, I ok’d some of the work, but decided to take my vehicle in to my personal mechanic for the full brake service I was being told needed to be done because it was “very critical”. Well, my mechanic advised that brake service was not needed and that my brakes had at least one year of life left in them. I do not appreciate how your service technician team was trying to deceive me and how maybe the service I did have done was unnecessary! This is highly fraudulent activity and truly disappointing coming from a business that is supposed to be an “upstanding” member of the community. Shame on Norm Reeves Honda!! You have seen me for the last time and I will definitely warn others from being taken by such dishonesty.
