Waited for nearly 6 hours just for th recall and check my battery. Got a appointment for 1040 am. Came in at 10:20 told them my problem he told me that usually 3 pm will be done contacted me around 351 tell me that I need a new battery and recall still not done. No call to follow up I was at the waiting area all the time and he gave me a price to get a new battery because he told me it’s not on warranty no more. So I Told him I’ll just get somewhere else because it’s way too expensive but the thing is a was there all the time he never check on me. The other guys are so nice with there client. Sorry if I was upset because I waited for almost six hours for just a recall and check battery that I got to buy even thou I’m still in warranty.
