The dissatisfaction of the service WAS NOT with Marlen. She was professional and welcoming and I could tell she was actively listening to my concerns. There was a slight lapse in communication around the time came for vehicle pick-up, but nothing major. The issue I have is with the technician that worked on the vehicle itself. Apparently the connections to the screen had to be worked so the screen had to come off. When I got the car back it was as evident they didn’t care to even attempt to clean their dirty fingerprints that were literally all over the screen and even the steering wheel had some weird almost sticky reside on it. One would expect to get their vehicle back at least as clean as it was when they took it in.
