Yes Norm Reeves Service Center in Cerritos, CA helped me solve my issue and got my car fixed under the warranty issued for my car . Other Services Centers such as The Honda dealership in Long Beach/Signal Hill kept giving me the runaround and were basically telling me I wasnt under warranty when i was . One phone call and the phone operator knew right away my car was under extended warranty and happily provided me with an appointment the next day to get my car fixed right away . They recommended me Manny and Manny was super helpful and friendly to get my car serviced and on the road the next day . 10/10 experience will come back to get car serviced here again . I was informed that my 2015 Toyota sienna needs a new radiator and hoses. I did not get any pictures of the cracked radiator. I was not informed if the radiator is only cracked or if it’s leaking. I want to know if my radiator is actively leaking coolant becauseI never saw any leak when I parked. I’ve also checked the coolant level and it is not low at all. The van is also not overheating. I like to bring back the van to get a picture of their diagnose of the crack radiator without being charged for a diagnostic check.

I called and came with an appt. I was told by Adrian that it will take 1.5-2 hrs for a simple fix of TPMS. There was a nail in the tire and that takes 15-25 mins to fix. But I patiently waited and after 1.45 mins when I go to check, he calls the Multi Care coverage program then and sends my car to fix. That took 45 more mins. My total wait time was 2.45 mins. Everyone who came in the morning rush time had got their car fixed and gone long back. This is how you respect others time. And this dealership says Rated Best Customer Service.
