It was a disorganized mess. I made an appointment for 11 am and was not seen until 11:40 while other cars without an appointment were seen before me. When picking up my car I was told it was out front. It was not out front, I had to search the back lot for my vehicle and drive it out myself. Not happy, 3/10

I called last week to set up an appointmen for an oil change. The woman on the phone confirmed. I showed up yesterday and was told I didn’t have an appointment but I could get my service anyway. I said okay. It took just over 3 hours. When I checked in I inquired about a noise and was told that I needed a separate appointment to have that looked at. I made an appointment for today and when I showed up, I was told I didn’t have an appointment (again). The rep that I spoke with today (Q) was kind and apologetic which I appreciated but I don’t understand why two separate individuals ‘confirmed’ an appointment with me and then it wasn’t done. The rep today also seemed confused that I was here for a service appt yesterday and was told I needed to come back. I just hope these issues can be fixed for the next person and in the meantime, I’ll be looking into other Toyota service centers for future appointments.

It was an inconvenience to have to return to the store due to lack of responsibility of the mechanics. My oil knob was left open and spilled all over the engine. I risked the possibility of damaging my engine from the oil loss or a potential fire hazard.
