The work was quick and they explained everything before taking the car in. Pick-up was simple and was notified right away when my car was ready.

For the second time in the past few years your technicians told me that I had an irreparable puncture in one of our tires. Last time, I took my car immediately to the nearby Discount Tire. There was a nail in the tread, which was easily repaired, without charge. This time, I again drove immediately to Discount Tire and there was no sign of a nail in any of our tires. I cannot but believe that an attempt was made both times to rip me off. Had I followed your technicians’ recommendations, I would have been out over $1,000–for nothing!
