My service agent John Le was spectacular as always. Super cool guy, kind, friendly, and always professional. The service technicians were spot on with maintenance, providing detailed status of my brake wear, tire tread, and I had them perform a full detail of my Ridgeline which came out looking like a brand new truck again!

Andrew was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at that norm reeves Honda. I’ve been going there for years and have never experienced service as good as his.
