I had an appointment at 10:30am just to get an alignment. I was told it would take 1.5-2hrs to complete- at most 3hrs. It took 5.5hrs for the service to be complete. That is a crazy long time for an alignment service. I don’t understand the point to having an appointment if they’re not going to work on my car for hours later and it’s just sitting there while I’m stuck without a car.

I when I dropped off my truck I was told my oil change would be ready in 2-3 hours. At about 5 hours later, I figured I’d call the dealership, because I have no communication about my truck. It was getting late in the evening and I know the dealership closes at 6. When I called the service department, I received an automated answering service. I left a message, then no response, so I texted the service a little after 5 and then finally received a message after 5:30 that my truck was ready for pick up. There was so little time between when I received the message and closing time, that I could not pick up my truck till the next day. That lack of communication does not Mach the price of the service and time length it took for a n oil change.

After having terrible service at two other local Honda dealerships, I am so happy to have found Norm Reeves! I received excellent care and service, and they fixed my car under warranty. Hannah, the service manager, was super cool and professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, including a rental car! Excellent service all around and I would highly recommend this dealership and it’s service department!
