I came to Norm Reeves Honda(west covina) with a goal in mind of returning some items purchased 2 days earlier and seeking a smooth interaction among Employees and my self..Im not sure what his position is here but he took the initiative to assist regarding my return..some thing that Alex did not attempt to do with attention and evidence for me the customer..it was all verbal..This man..I believe maybe a supervisor took the initiative to assist me..and I requested a return transaction for my items with the Honda heading and he assisted me..the only thing I was not please about was that I wanted to wait near by and he old me to Sit..Im not a child and I appreciate him not addressing me as such to tell me to Sit..HE DID NOT SAY"ohh we have a waiting area if ypu like" NO he literally told me to go sit..and that is unprofessional and unacceptable...I will sit if I want ..which I remained standing for my liking.

Oscar Ortega was kind, professional, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. My extended warranty expires in a couple of months and he had the service team replace a few things involving the AC under warranty. The repairs took a little over 24 hours and he covered the cost of me having a rental for the period of time I was without my vehicle, I didn’t even have to ask for the rental - he just offered it. Oscar will be my go-to service rep from now on. Oscar deserves a raise!
