George Raygoza took care of the first half of my wait. Until Michael Barr came in. People who book’s appointments should know or have a schedule of the advisors. I was told Michael Barr would be in to take my 7:20 am appointment but was not due to Micheal being in until 8:30am. But George Raygoza stepped up and assisted me no questions asked.
