My car came in for regular service and was returned with the transponder that was fixed to my right headlight completely removed. I need this transponder to enter in my housing complex. It costs $50 to replace. My HOA chooses the placement of the transponder and is a common practice to place it there. My car was not washed or detailed as a part of my service. Why was my transponder removed from my vehicle?

No, not satisfied with Richard Pomplun I selected satisfied on the survey because I didn’t stay quiet with my concerned. I’m glad I went to go speak with Arvin as he helped me resolve an unnecessary issue. I encourage Richard to share the option of grabbing some change for a cash paying client instead of telling her that he cant give change back or let her walk across the street to Home Dept. for change. I had to go myself to Parts Dept. For change. It was an overall unfortunate experience that could have easily been avoided.

I didnt think for an oil change it would take 2 hours after havan appt. And they didnt give me time to answer the question if I denied or approved service before making the decision for me so they had to put my suv back to change the filters. And then they didnt reset my notification of maintenance due soon B1 so I had to drive back in so an attendant could reset it. So I wasn't pleased with my service. Unsatisfied completely!
