I would appreciate it if in the future I can be offered an explanation of potential reasons why a service requires to be completed. Instead of being given an “I don’t know” answer, I would appreciate that I can be assisted by someone who can provide me with certainty and clarification
(E.g “I am not sure why this happened, but I can have someone who can assist you with your question.”)

I've always been a hoe in Honda Customer but because I live in Vista, I thought I would try Norm Reeves Honda for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with super friendly people, the guy whose desk is closest to the service entry who referred me to Hannah who was so so friendly. Turns out we have a lot in common. Even the gentleman that works in the concession area was so kind and nice and asked me if I would like a complementary snack. When it came to check out they explained a few other concerns about my car that I'm going to save for next month. Overall I couldn't have been happier. I will definitely come back next month and resume my Service needs.
