@Jonathan Romero my green HRV did not have windshield wiper fluids topped off, as stated in report. But the real disappointment was that my 2024 HRV with only 600 miles on it now has a scratch on drivers door.

George helped me out with several things I needed addressing with my Honda. My wife even pulled up to the service line while he was helping me and he went out of his way to walk over and be her advisor as well. She needed a specific part checked on, and he took care of us right away. I only bring my car to Norm Reeves because their staff always takes care of me and my ride.

Simona was wonderful and made sure I was informed and the service was completed quickly.
There was a salesperson who backed a truck up right in front of the bench I was sitting at while waiting. He got so close I had to move my body out of the way to not get hit, which was unacceptable in addition to having fumes right in my face as a pregnant woman. Even worse, he didn’t even apologize.
