3 hours waiting and I just want to change my oil later recommend a lot off to do in my car 770 .00 dollars I go to different service I don’t need it

One thing: i noticed a message on the display after the service that I needed to check tire pressure and recalibrate TPMS. According to a sticker on the doorframe that has to be done anytime tires are rotated or other wheel work is done. I feel this should be part of the service. Fortunately I was able to conplete it myself.

A loaner car or a TNC ride greater than 10 miles would be appreciated for services that will take more than a couple hours or extend possibly to the next day. Since I picked my car up at the end of a workday, I took a lyft from work and left my car then needed another ride to get my car from work the scond day the car was there. I also had to get a ride to and from where I was going the first day the car was being serviced. It turned out to be very inconvenient and an added cost for me. Service was great. People are nice. All else was good.

I was asking if I wanted to have the car washed after the service I said yes, but please dry the car because water stains show up very severely on a black car and are hard to get off. The service advisor told me that all they could do is drive it through their automated car wash machinewith a blower at the end that’s the best I could do.
Other dealers hand wash and dry your car after each service so now I’m gonna have to make a decision.
