Lied, Mis spoke, mis lead, and dishonest and inconsiderate. Will never go to a Lincoln dealership ever again. It was so bad. That after driving Lincoln’s for 40 years, my wife wants to move to Cadillac , don’t think I can do that, and I hate bashing Lincoln because I love their cars, and they never took the gov bail out…. But NEVER GOING TO A DEALERSHIP AGAIN, recall or not. Never. Going to call there customer service care line . NOT SURE I WAS CLEAR, NEVER Ever.

I made an appointment and upon check in I was told it would be 2 hours. So what’s the point of me making an appointment at 940 am if I wasn’t going to get my car back from an oil change until 11am?? I got it back a whole 30 min early, that is poor planning and honestly you screw over the consumer because many of us are trying to work.

The customer service has gone down. I bought several Honda vehicles from that location and I won't be purchasing any new ones from Cerritos. That same day I got my car serviced there was another person extremely upset because of the service he received. Leo was very sarcastic with me when I asked about my vehicle. He had given me an ETA of how long it would take to simply change the oil abd when it went past it he was rude and sarcastic. Do not recommend the service at this location.

Juan Gallegos did great! Just honestly feels like they forgot about our car. Simple 24000 service with no extra service and it took over 2 hours. Then when I go ask whats taking so long, I'm told it should be ready in 15 mins and pull my car out immediately as if it had been ready. I have come before and done the maintenance and extra work and never taken that long. Disappointing.
