I went to pick up my vehicle and was told by the first service advisor that someone else could assist me. I approached another advisor who said he could help, but then walked away. After waiting 10 minutes with no assistance, I went to the nearest reception desk (finance), where I was told they only handle finance-related questions. Even after explaining I had a basic customer service need, I was told again they couldn’t help. Poor customer service.

Poor communication, last a whole day of service do to adviser being sick.!adviser had bad attitude, car smells likes smoke after picking it up.adviser needs training in customer service. Advertising to give a good comment on yelp and you will receive 10%off is something that you should consider changing! Very bad experience will never be back.
