Not sure if my last comment went through. But I was completely unsatisfied with my service. It took Michael 20 minutes to come get me out of my car even though I had an appointment I requested a quote on a few services for my vehicle not once that he called me during the service. He texted me when my vehicle was completed. I was expecting a phone call. That’s very unprofessional.

All the service representatives are very sweet and nice professional, and I really trust their opinions. My service rep Tony Lagos. He shows me with the problem is he tells me upfront you don’t have to do this now your next oil change we can get it done or he’ll tell me you got a problem which I had this time and he showed it to me he gave me two options and we decided on the second option and we got the car fixed so I trust you guys very much which is rare because I really had really bad luck dealing with dealerships, but with this one, I don’t have that problem. They are very trustworthy and I would recommend them 100%.
