She was kinda short and act like she had something more important to do other than service my vehicle and wouldn’t be able to tell me a time if it was gonna be an hour and a half or three or four hours before I got out of here just be nice for them to be a little more informative When you’re dropping your vehicle off to get repaired or if she didn’t know just say I don’t know. We bagged up right now.

Javier is a god damn saint. If he's not getting a raise soon, you guys are out of your mind. Its crazy how I have an appointment at 1020 get there at 1010 and don't leave until almost 3 hours later for an oil change what's the point of the appointment, not only that but the guy that helped he was just chilling talking to in guessing his friends that went for a service telling them they wouldn't be there for long, while my car was ready and sitting park there so I don't think I'll be driving the 16 miles to get the oil change I live in Bell and travel all the way to Cerritos not worth the drive if I'm stuck for 3 hours there
