Manny tried to tell me the chips in my windshield did not need to be fixed. He said he would ask the expert glass guys and he tried to send me to “go sit on the bench” several times. I kept telling him no, I wanted to hear what the glass guys had to say. Then, they said the repair would take 20 mins. I ran a couple of errands with my ride, and started calling and texting Manny repeatedly. He never responded. I returned to the dealership 1 1/2 hours after I was told 20 mins, and no one could find Manny. When he did show up and I mentioned I had been calling and texting he said, “Well I’m here and there” like he wasn’t responsible for missing my multiple attempts. He made me feel unimportant, like he was trying to not fix my windshield (he actually told me the chips didn’t need to be repaired), like I shouldn’t be part of the repair decision, and he even “mansplained” to me. I was not happy. I have purchased two vehicles at your location and was really disappointed to be valued so little.

I found it a little confusing that I was asked to pay for differential fluid exchange. If I received free maintenance for 24 months, why am I being asked to pay for fluid maintenance? Also, I noticed one of the valve stem caps was missing when I picked up the car. I would have hoped the technician would have shown more customer care with that item.
