Rudy the Service Writer was great. Pleasure to deal with. I give him HIGH marks. Now the 15 K service you did was very expensive. I called around and found that Norm Reeves was the most expensive. A dealership up Northern Ca charged 1/2 as much for the service Norm Reeves preformed. I may not come back after 30 years as a valued or maybe NOT valued customer.

Ernesto was great. Clearly went over what was going to be done and reminded me of recommendations from a previous visit without being pushy.
He told me the service would take 1hr 20 minutes and I was out the door in an hour. Everyone was courteous and the waiting room was comfortable and spotless.
I will be returning soon to take care of the recommendations.
