I called numerous times to discuss addional service recommendations. All I got was an answer machine. I dont want to do busness with a computer especially with such high chardes.I finally called your SALES DEPARTMENT to get to a human. Rosalinda was off the next day. My car stayed overnight additioal work not done amd I still have not talked to a person about my car. It seems that U have set up barriers for personal service interaction..Bad business!!

I’ve had some issues previously with other representatives and also with making appointments. I was about to stop coming to Norm Reeves for service but Manny had helped me and exceeded my expectations. I had asked him to assist me again this time and he got my car issue resolved right away.
