We scheduled an oil change that didn’t expect for it to take close to 4 hours. Then I was told by 1 of your advisors that I would be able to return an oil filter that I purchased at Honda in West Covina and use that credit towards the oil change. When my car was ready there was a big commotion about the filter and a receipt needed. It clearly is visible they the oil filter was from Honda and in its original pack! Besides the point we were told the oil change would take 1 1/2. Clearly false and very extremely inconsiderate on your part to have a customer wait longer and not even apologize for the inconvenience! We could have made plans to have someone pick us up. My husband is diabetic and had nothing to eat prior to taking the vehicle expecting the car to be ready in 1 1/2 he would have been ok. But because of your lack of customer service his blood sugar went low as you took longer than expected! I hope that this feedback bring you awareness and consideration!
