Sal was very helpful and patient when working with the third party insurances making sure I get the best experience and the benefits of being a Honda client. When things got a little rocky, he and another team member, were very apologetic, even though I knew some things were out of their control. Reached out to this location to ask a quotation for A124 service. Robert gave me $1,550 quotation. When I got there he suddenly said it’s $1,700 because of an error on the code he put in. I’m sorry but you actually have to honor the quote you gave me. There are already 2 layers of verification in getting the right code (Robert himself and the customer support on the phone) you have all my car’s info and with all that knowledge gave me a wrong code so I don’t see it as my fault. Robert said the total cost will be 1,700 and since I was already there I just went with it. Then when I was paying for the service end of day, the total cost became 1,768. In the morning I was told it will be ready 12-1 but it got finished by 4:30. Really terrible experience
