I appreciated that you didn’t try to sell me more services right then. You gave me a list of items that I should give attention to and left it to me to go forward with. One down point was that I was told a time to expect the completion and it took an extra hour.

Viviana was super kind and helpful in making big decisions about the car. The engine is running well and the light is no longer on. So that was good. But I also had them look at the sunroof and was charged the full amount for looking at it saying they cleaned out leaves and whatnot. However, when I looked up in the sunroof there was still leaves up there. So $190 for kind of cleaning leaves? In addition, the inside of my car was covered in a lot of debris from looking at the sunroof roof. The driver arm rest had been worn a little thin over years of driving, but it appears that when looking at the sun roof they finally tore through the leather as well. So while they did good mechanical work, the overall care of the car was not great. While the service desk was friendly and efficient, if I add the interior damage with the high cost I will try and avoid coming back to the dealership.
