Javier Pena was super helpful and provided great customer service. I was going to have to wait 5 hours for the service on my car to be done but he was able to get be a loaner car. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

George is a great service person, don’t get me wrong. However, I am not happy with my car at all and I think my frustrations are just being brushed off. I don’t think this has anything to do with George and I think he is only doing what is asked of him. However, I am finding it ridiculous that there is not any consistency with my gas tank. The number should not be fluctuating EVERYTIME I fill the tank. I need to fill up twice a week which is absolutely ridiculous. In addition to my 600 dollar car payment, I spend about 400 dollars a month on gas. Who can afford that? When I expressed this need, I’m just being told that it depends on the season. Regardless of the season, I am still filling up twice a week. I doubt anyone will actually get back to me about this. However, I am extremely frustrated and currently looking at my options on how I can get rid of this car. I am unsure if I would want another Honda after this one.

My car was returned without the oil fill cap, bc of this I have been operating my vehicle unsafely for the last 5 days, breathing in motor oil fumes being burned off by my engine, I had to pay out of pocket for a new cap since your office is closed for the holiday & there is oil all over my engine.
