Julie is the highest quality service advisor. I am a sensitive owner of a Honda car. Even when I have small scares or roadside emergencies, Julie is always there to expertly test and diagnose the issues with my car, she always reassures me and makes sure my vehicle is safe to drive. She is sweet and takes her time with me to explain everything. I love Jules. Robert is also an excellent team member and great service advisor. I think my first review did not register. John was great. Kept in great in great communication and explained everything well. My feedback is about the inflexibility of the drop off process. This will make me consider a different option in the future (ie- garage near my house that I trust). You have key drop off for convenience during off hours. Why not make it easy for working customers during business hours? I had a 10:30 appointment today and my work schedule got very busy. I am in full commission sales. This work paid for the vehicle I bought at your location as well as all of the on time maintenance I have paid to date. I came in early to drop off my car so I could make my appointment on time. I asked to drop off my keys so I could leave immediately. I explained the situation. I was told I had to wait in line to check in. Unfortunately- I was boxed in by other cars so could not turn around and leave which I would have done (and driven right to Mike at north county auto). Ultimately- by the time I checked in and got a second uber I got home 7 min late for my work appointment. North county auto was my previous repair shop. They make it EXTREMELY easy for a busy professional to drop off and pick up cars. As I said. I am rethinking my next appointment because I can’t risk this nonsense anymore.
