Great service. They diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to get it fixed. I felt the rep was being honest and trusted him.

You dealership did not complete the service that I paid for. I purchased a new replacement key fob with attached alarm remote. I waited for over two hours and once I was told the car was ready, I assumed the new key fob was programmed to turn alarm on and off. When I got home, I noticed that the new key did not work for the alarm. Now I have to return to your dealership again to get this fixed. Meaning I have to take time off from work to get this taken care of.
