But on the way back home, I had flat tire on freeway.
My tire was severely damaged. I was good to receive service from Soto but tire damage was very bad experience.

While the service portion and receding my vehicle back went well. Getting to the dealership and dropping off my vehicle was not a acceptable experience. My appointment time was at 8:50 am I arrived at 8:40 am. I had meeting plans at 9:30 am and I figured on being able to take 10 extra minutes to check in my the vehicle and be gone no later than 9. Now when my customers make an appointment with me they expect it to be kept. They want their equipment in a timely manner. There was a gentleman in front of me who had been there some 8:10 that morning. I’m not hear to say that I am the most important customer or I am more important than any other customer but it does make me a little irritated when I see the sales service staff sitting there with their arms crossed waiting for something to do or to happen. Granted I am not aware as to what was going on inside but to me the looks weren’t good. I definitely did not think or feel that I was customeror a priority
