I had a check engine light so I went into Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos. A service professional met me outside and listened to all of my symptoms. I was right away taken by Heman. All of the work that needed to be done was repaired and communication was best through phone and sns text and email. Warranty covered the valve cover gasket and even fuel assm line. No more leaking oil and problem resolved. Recommend Heman's exceptional service!

Although the work on my Flex took over a week, Ivan told me from the start that it would take time to find the problem with the leak and to get parts for the recall. He kept me informed with the progress on the car to my satisfaction. He always got back to me when I called and treated me very professionally and explained why the leak occurred and what I can do to prevent the problem in the future. Ivan was excellent.
