Arbenz was awesome today, I accidentally left my vehicle with the gear in reverse. Arbenz was quick to react and moved an object out of the way of my door while I jumped in and pressed the brakes. A very dangerous (and awkward) situation but Arbenz both cared about my safety, vehicle and even reassured me so that I didn’t feel as bad from my silly mistake. He is the reason why I want to return to norm Reeves Honda, both for my current and even future purchases. Please hire more people like him, he makes me proud to own a Honda!

Our car was purchased from this dealer just 6 months ago and now has a bad engine needing $3,400 in repairs (with just 80,000 miles). We tried to bring it in and were unable during the pandemic (and have proof of texts, etc. regarding the issue to our sales associate when the car was under warranty) and are now being told that we are out of luck and on our own. Not to mention, as a “courtesy” they offered me just $7,500 for a car I paid $14,000+ for only 12,000 miles ago. To say that I am disappointed in Norm Reaves Honda, would be an understatement—May be the worst customer service I’ve experienced thus far.
