Arbenz Anton is a great advisor. However Honda's parts support was disappointing. The dealership was out of engine air filters and couldn't get any from Honda Parts Center. I believe all of the filters in a vehicle are essential and should never run out.

When I gave my car for service because engine light on, they fixed and gave me everything fine . As soon as I took the car and parked in a shopping complex , it did not start. I felt mechanic did not check first time properly, I have to bring the van again for service. Felt bad to comeback and forth and had hard time with ride back home due to Covid. Advisers Mark and Dominic are ok.
There is no sanitizer to clean hand in service center during Covid time!!!! And after charging $600 for engine check, they did not even wash car!!

Hyundai sent me a map update that broke my head unit. I no longer can use GPS or Bluetooth. The display is locked and stuck in loading screen. Instead of taking care of me, they told me I drove too many miles and it's not covered. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.
