Love how Jose Torres is always very attentive with any questions I have. I like that he always makes me feel my car is safe to drive off and that if I have any problems just to give him a call. Loved this time when I got my suv back that my car had been wash. I’m a busy mom of 2 kids, and I have very little time to go wash my vehicle. Love it when I received it, and it looked nice and clean. Great Job guys keep up the good work.;) and keep bringing me smiles with the great service that u guys give me! Thanks!

The staff was excellent. The repair seems proper. Maybe a small thing, but my car was not was washed when returned too me. Something I always look forward too when my car goes to tye dealership for service. My first experience with your dealership and drove off in a dirty car. How would it make you feel?

It was taken care of in a timely manor. Anthony took time to show me how to rd lot stereo system. Good service always.

Service was terrible and my so far my 2020 odyssey ex-l has been a lemon. No communication via text until 3pm when arbenz said the car was ready to be picked up after being there all day. I asked him if everything was fixed and he claimed it was and they didn’t hear the problems being duplicated. I brought my odyssey in for squeaking brakes, cracking and popping coming out of the speakers while playing music/Bluetooth, and the 4 recalls. Only 3 of the 4 recalls were completed and neither of my issues were resolved. I texted and called the dealership right when I left. Receptionist said Arbenz was with a customer and would call me right back, which he did not. When I returned home my sliding doors would not open. Whoever serviced my car left the doors in off position and I did not know that which caused another trip to Honda the following morning. They turned the doors back on, but would not fix my brakes/radio for me. Said I would have to come back. My time is precious, as I have children and a full time job. Terrible experience and I would have expected at least a loner vehicle when I returned for the second time to have my brakes and radio fixed. Your employees offered no solution and didn’t really seem to care at all.
