I took my car for an oil change and then a few days later my engine light turned on. I then had to take it back to the dealer and the sales person told me that they had to tear down my engine to find what was happening to my car. I then was told that everything was covered so we got a rental but at the end it was not covered and I would have to pay about $5000 to fix my car for the whole tear down. Luckily I got a second opinion from a mechanic and it all my car needed was a tune up which cost $120. So I was going to pay $1000s of dollar when in reality I only needed to pay less than $200. Really unsatisfied and I will never be taking my car to get repaired at a Ford dealer.
