Your customer service was excellent and I appreciate that! I am not happy that my car had significant warnings about my brake system that was due to the need for a “computer update” and I was charged for this update. I was concerned for my safety while driving my car to be checked out with a flashing break system error. This update needed should have been communicated to me prior to this point so that it could have been completed before errors were indicated.
